1. Who handles your information
Rubitcube Information Technology LLC handles the business enquiries submitted on this website. If you receive a gift card or an offer from a business using RubiGift, that business manages its customer relationship and determines the purpose of its customer data collection. Contact that business first about its offers, gift cards or marketing list.
2. Information this website collects
- Demo and launch-offer requests: your name, company, business type, work email, mobile number and city or country. Your website address, company logo and message are optional.
- Callback requests: your mobile number.
- Request records: a reference number, request type, submission time, consent-notice version and internal follow-up status.
- Security: a temporary, keyed representation of your connection’s IP address for rate limiting. This application does not save the raw IP address in its enquiry database. Hosting providers may keep separate server access logs.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, discuss your business needs, prepare demo access, manage onboarding and protect the forms against abuse. When you submit the business form, you agree to be contacted about that request. The callback button similarly requests a call. These forms do not subscribe you to unrelated marketing campaigns.
4. Who can see it
Authorised Rubitcube staff can review enquiries in a password-protected inbox. Our hosting provider stores the site’s information. The configured email provider processes an internal notification containing your contact and request details so our team can follow up. Logo files are accessed through the protected inbox and are not attached to those notifications. We do not sell your enquiry data.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The website uses a session cookie to protect forms and maintain authorised inbox sessions. Browser session storage remembers whether the callback prompt has been shown or an enquiry has been submitted, so you are not repeatedly interrupted. These values are limited to your browser session. This website package contains no advertising pixels or analytics trackers.
6. Retention
Website enquiries and their uploaded logos are scheduled for removal from the active website database after 180 days from submission. We may delete an enquiry sooner when requested. If you become a customer, records required for the service or accounting may be maintained separately under the relevant agreement and applicable requirements. Notification emails, exported files, hosting logs and backups have separate retention controls and may require removal from those systems as well.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to review, correct or delete information you submitted, withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up, or explain how your information is handled. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Some records may need to be retained for contractual or legal reasons; we will explain any applicable limitation.
8. Hosting and service providers
Information is processed by the hosting and email providers used for the service. Depending on those providers, processing may occur outside the UAE. We do not claim that all information is hosted in Dubai. You can ask us for the relevant providers and processing locations before activating your business account.
9. Links and updates
Links to Rubitcube or other websites take you to sites with their own privacy practices. We will update this page when our practices materially change and display the effective date above.
